Acquisition expands PennEngineering\u2019s product portfolio and technical reach<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

(Danboro, PA., 01\/08\/2024) \u2013 PennEngineering\u00ae<\/sup> announced today the acquisition of Sherex\u00ae<\/sup> Fastening Solutions, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of blind rivet nut and associated fastening solutions.<\/p>\n
